This coastal San Diego fix & flip project was purchased for $1.2M and required a $82k cosmetic face lift.  The project was completed in 60 days and is expected to sell for $1.45M.

Bridge Loan. Six single-family new construction homes. These homes were originally built to sell. Brenance provided a 2-year bridge loan solution allowing the builder an optimal window to preserve profits in a high-interest rate environment an lease the homes instead of selling.

This 2,277 sqft. 4 Bed, 3 Bath pristine Apple Valley, CA spec home was built in only 15 weeks.  Brenance provided ground-up construction financing for 79% of the total costs.  The home is expected to sell for $650k.

This 2 Bed, 2 Bath 1,290 sqft. single-family home received a facelift. The investor did a great job preserving the classic 1970's Palm Springs style. Brenance provided 64% of the total costs and 70% LTV. financing.

Dana Point, CA

This 5 Bed, 4.5 Bath 4,550 sqft. single-family home received a $2,100,000 facelift. The investor completed the rehab and listed the home for $8,595,000. Brenance secured a loan at 80% LTC, 46% LTV.
